# Your free email signature

Knowasiak makes you a ready-made email signature with your photo, your name, a line about what you do, your Knowasiak address and a link to your business card. Copy it once, paste it into your mail app, and every email you send points people to your page.

## In short

Open your profile, choose Share, then Email signature, and press Copy signature. In Gmail, paste it in Settings, See all settings, Signature; in Outlook, Settings, Mail, Compose and reply; in Apple Mail, Settings, Signatures. The signature is free, works in every major mail app, and shows your photo, name, bio, social icons, Knowasiak address, a business card link and your member number.

It is built for mail apps, not browsers, so it looks the same in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.

## Get your signature

1. Open your profile and choose **Share**, then **Email signature**.
2. Check the preview, then press **Copy signature**.
3. Paste it into your mail app's signature settings (below).

If your mail app takes HTML code, press **Show HTML code** and **Copy HTML** instead.

## Where to paste it

- **Gmail**: Settings, See all settings, Signature. Paste, then Save changes at the bottom.
- **Outlook**: Settings, Mail, Compose and reply. Paste into the signature box and save.
- **Apple Mail**: Settings, Signatures. Add a signature and paste it.

## What people who click see

The links in your signature open your Knowasiak profile. Visitors who aren't members see an invitation to follow you with a free account, or can go straight on to your profile. If someone joins this way, the sign-up is credited to your signature, and every click shows on your **dashboard**.

## Tips

- **Add a photo first**: a signature with your face gets noticed.
- **Write your bio as one plain sentence**: what you do, for whom and where.
- **Add your other accounts** to your profile, so their icons appear.
- **Copy it again after profile changes**, so the signature stays up to date.

## Questions

### Is the email signature free?
Yes, always, for every member.

### What is the member number?
Your place among Knowasiak's live accounts, oldest first: "Member No. 3,512". Accounts that are switched off don't count, so your number can only go down over time, never up.

### Does it work in Outlook?
Yes. It is one simple table with built-in styles and PNG icons, the format mail apps handle best, and photos get a JPG copy for Outlook. If your mail app takes HTML code, use "Copy HTML" instead.

### Will it update when I change my profile?
No. The signature is copied when you paste it. After changing your photo, name or bio, copy it again and replace the old one.

### Can I see if people click it?
Yes. Clicks from your email signature are counted on your **dashboard**.
