Each one links back to your Knowasiak page, so visitors to your site can follow you there. Here is where to get the code and how to add it. ## In short Open knowasiak.com/yourname/embed, or choose Share, then Embed on your profile. Pick the profile card or the badge, light or dark, press Copy code and paste it into your website's HTML where it should appear. For a post, choose Share, then Embed on the post. Open **knowasiak.com/yourname/embed**, or choose **Share**, then **Embed** on your profile. 2. Pick the **profile card** or the **badge**, and **Light** or **Dark** to match your site. 3. Press **Copy code**. 4. Paste it into your website's HTML where you want it to appear. In a site builder, use a block that takes custom HTML. The code is a short piece of HTML with a plain link to your profile inside it, so it still points to you even where scripts don't run. ## Embed a post Open any public post, choose **Share**, then **Embed**, and copy the code. Use it to show a case study, an announcement or a customer's post about you on your own site. ## What visitors see Embeds show exactly what a signed-out visitor to Knowasiak would see. So a profile appears once it is listed ([how profiles get found](https://knowasiak.com/help/how-profiles-get-found)), a private profile can't be embedded, and a post that is hidden or not public doesn't show. Embeds load fresh each time, so they always show your current details. ## Where to put them - **Your About or Team page**: the profile card, so visitors can follow you. - **Your footer**: the badge, next to your other social links. - **Case studies and news pages**: the post you wrote about it. ## Questions ### Does an embed slow my website down? Very little. The badge is a small image, and the card and post load in a frame that sizes itself to fit, so your page doesn't jump. ### Why does it say my profile can't be embedded yet? Embeds show what a signed-out visitor sees. A profile that isn't listed yet can be embedded once something you post gets a reply, a like or a repost, and a private profile can't be shown on other sites at all. The card and posts load from Knowasiak each time the page is opened, so they always show your current photo, details and numbers. ### Can I embed someone else's post? Yes, if it is public: choose Share on the post, then Embed. It shows exactly as a signed-out visitor sees it, with a link to the original. ### How do I add it to WordPress, Wix or Shopify?
