Personal experience with Siltartoxatug monoclonal antibody for tetanus prophylaxis

I received an 800 RMB injection of Siltartoxatug, a newer monoclonal antibody option for tetanus emergency prophylaxis.

There are three main approaches to tetanus prevention. Due to an allergy-prone constitution, I was not a suitable candidate for either horse-derived antitoxin or human tetanus immunoglobulin. After discussing alternatives, I chose this newly approved monoclonal antibody.
