My journey started with a yoga certificate course, which helped me understand the basics of traditional yoga and meditation. I later explored 100 hour yoga teacher training Course in Rishikesh to strengthen my practice and build a deeper connection with yogic philosophy. My interest continued with 200 hour yoga teacher training in rishikesh and 300 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, offering valuable opportunities to develop knowledge and teaching skills.
