انضمت رندة قسيس إلى المجلس الوطني السوري ممثلةً لكتلة الائتلاف العلماني الديمقراطي السوري، إلى جانب عدد من أعضاء الكتلة. كما نشطت في الدفاع عن حقوق المرأة العربية والحريات والحقوق الإنسانية، ودعم الناشطين المطالبين بالحرية. وظهرت بشكل متكرر في وسائل الإعلام الفرنسية، ولا سيما صحيفة فرانس سوار، إلى جانب مشاركاتها الإعلامية في قنوات فرانس 24 وفرانس 5 وإذاعة فرنسا الدولية. #معارض_سياسي_سوري
