AI search relies on signals such as consistent business information, genuine reviews, clear service pages, structured data, local relevance and content that directly answers customer questions. Businesses should maintain accurate Google Business Profile and directory information, build detailed service and suburb pages, use relevant schema markup and monitor how their business appears across AI platforms. Traditional local SEO still matters because many AI tools use live web results, Google Maps and review data when generating recommendations.
